Rimu & Woodware

Some of the most traditional mementos of New Zealand were made from native woods. And it’s no wonder when you look around the stunning forests and diverse tree specimens we have here. Rimu is a very rich and warm material and Rimu objects make for a very prestigious gift. Many of our crafters have found wonderful ways of working with Rimu From Marc Zuckerman’s meticulously streamlined Waka boards to Ian Blackwell’s delightful curved caravan trinket box. In this collection you will also find other ingenious uses for wood like bottle openers, print hangers, clocks and even tealights!
