Small Cooper Baby Paua Shell Earrings

These recycled copper earrings were cast from an actual Paua (Abalone) shell. The intricate details of this iconic New Zealand shell are beautifully captured in the delicate handcrafted design. The copper has been flame-oxidised to a rich red colour and the earrings hang freely from recycled sterling silver hooks.
Note: no cute baby Paua were harmed in the making of these earrings - the mould was taken from a shell found on the beach.
